So what are your obstacles? 2:22PM Last night, I stayed up until after 4:30AM. Cooked breakfast for my son and I and had a difficult time saying awake for three hours afterwards... I fell asleep. Breakfast was 3 sausage links, 2 eggs EO, 2 slices of toast w/butter and potatoes.
That seems like ALOT of food.
- I exceeded my serving sizes of both toast and of eggs and my cholesterol intake was too high. But this could have easily been remedied if I had entered in everything on the calculator BEFORE I hate it or exercised some common sense, as in only have A slice of toast, AN egg and two sausages instead of three. Just because the serving size is three doesn't mean I have to eat three of them.THAT was nearly 10 hours ago, which in the big picture is worse. I am not hungry (should I be? No.) but I am running the risk of screwing with my metabolism by skipping meals.
Another concern is that I haven't had enough water yet either. So, I am going to make sure that I finish my water for the day before I cook dinner... which will be skinless chicken breast tacos.
