Today I decided to eat whatever I wanted, whenever I wanted and blog out everything on an online food and fitness journal. I used the same one I had two years ago (but didn't maintain) and I am completely and TOTALLY floored by what I discovered about myself today!
First of all, I didn't exercise at all the entire day. I basically ate, slept and watched television when I wasn't on the computer.
It's 5:28 PM and even though I feel like gorging myself some more, I am not because I consumed a whopping 3,173 calories today!!!!
Isn't that INSANE?!!!! And DEADLY!!!!
I ate 1,173 calories over my daily limit and to be honest, I feel like I can eat even more...
WHY I am binging, I DON"T KNOW. I assume I still have underlying stress that I am not dealing with even though I have been on vacation now for a month and I am not under any work related stress. At least not directly.
So what do I do?
KEEP BLOGGING.
TAKE PICTURES OF EVERYTHING I EAT.
EXERCISE.
EAT CORRECTLY.
TAKE MY DAILY SUPPLEMENTS
KEEP DRINKING WATER.
