From the looks of it, you might think that this seems like very little food or that the food might leave me feeling hungry or unsatisfied, but this is just not the case! Today I ate 4 apples: 2 red w/out the skin and 2 green w/ skin, and had approximately 2 cups of cabbage soup w/ the green beans I couldn't finish eating last night. By the time I work out and finish drinking the 8 glasses of water, it will be too late to eat anything else, but, if I get hungry, which I wouldn't, I will have more of the soup.

According to WikiAnwers, "... an apple including skin has about 0.7 grams of fiber per ounce. A medium (4.9 oz) apple has 3.3 grams of fiber."
After I already ate, I found this on the University of Illinois Extention's website entitled "Apples & More", Apple Facts:
-"Apples are a great source of the fiber pectin. One apple has five grams of fiber"...
-"Don't peel your apple. Two-thirds of the fiber and lots of antioxidants are found in the peel Antioxidants help to reduce damage to cells, which can trigger some diseases." (http://urbanext.illinois.edu/apples/facts.html)
