Day 28: Don't Eat Those Buffalo Wings!!!!! & Mad Men

Had a blast today fooling around on madmen.com. Downloaded a lot of photos that didn't come out... but this is one that did! Swanky!!!

I'm glad to be off the "break"... because yesterday I felt a little weird being off the diet. Getting back on track today was strange as well... I had a bowl of cabbage soup AND I drank the Master Cleanse. I can't seem to decide which one to go on- but I am prepped for both.

Yesterday I had 3 1/2 homemade Buffalo Wings and baked, steak fries (w/skin) for dinner and Tilapia for lunch w/ green beans and brown rice.

I worried about the skin on the wings but now that i've looked up the nutrition data, I wonder if I should have had wings at all!!!!

Not just that, TWO days in the row of potatoes... Even if they were w/out butter, I am not sure potatoes two days in a row is a good choice...

9:14PM
I am VERY EXCITED to be able to view an electronic version of The Full Plate Diet advanced reading copy on August 15th vis the mypetfat website! I missed out on the free copy, but that's OK.

The site (mypetfat.com) gave me access to the following tools...

Basically, you click and drag what you ate on the plate, adjusting the serving size, and your results number appears. Your goal is to stay in the GREEN.

The overall concept of it was good but I found the food choices were limited. I am guessing the options coincide with the book's diet, which isn't out yet so I don't really know. For example, the other night, I ate Chicken Tacos. The calculator only had a beef option and I don't eat white rice anymore, I eat brown. As of 9:43PM I was in the YELLOW zone...

By eating one more container of Cabbage Soup and one more can of green beans, I am in the Green zone! Good to know!

11:06PM This is simply TOO MUCH food to eat! I know it doesn't look like much but 6 bowls of cabbage soup and two cans of green beans IS A LOT OF FOOD! Especially after having 6x8 cups of water! I simply couldn't finish it all but I can say this much, I'm not hungry. That's for sure!
