I did it! I survived day one of Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred! I could not believe how difficult the push ups were for me or the jumping though. I had to use my mini trampoline for the jump rope moves and the jumping jacks and I really had to push myself to keep the pace with the push ups. Twenty minutes doesn't seem like a long time when you consider the fact that at the gym, most aerobics classes are about an hour, but Jillian's workout really packs a bunch!
I previewed the CD last night and it didn't seem as if it would be very challenging but I found myself feeling very tired and very winded after about 6 or 7 minutes into the workout. Mostly because I haven't worked out in three weeks- since I went back to work.
