It's On!

It's too late for me to work out tonight but I am watching the 30 Day Shred video now and plan to begin tomorrow. The plan is to wake up in the morning and do the Yoga for Weight Loss. Go to work, maximize my time during planning, and be out the door per the contractual time. No more over time for me. Get home, do the 30 Day Shred.

I am not sure if the meal plan I selected is what will work the best for me but I will try it tomorrow. I am doing the Zone diet. It seems like too much food to eat but I believe eating 5 times a day will really increase my metabolism.

I am having car problems so I might even take the bus to work and then walk home. Walking will be a great workout for me as it will take about 2 hours. My major concern is the heat. I am trying to avoid the sun.

I feel like I need to take a Smooth Move tonight. I want to work out too but it's nearly 11PM. Got to make myself get some rest. I have a lot of training to do for the Walk in November.
