I am obviously a breakfast person. I am surprisingly, not missing the bread or the grits or the potatoes...
I don't have any carb cravings, at all, period.
Breakfast w/ 2 sliced of baked turkey bacon and 1 hard boiled egg is 10g of protein...Increasing the protein in my diet and lowering my carbs is making this so much easier to do...
All I am doing is cutting the recommended serving size, in half, for an Atkin's style breakfast and it is pretty easy to do, so long as I keep drinking a lot of water.
Drinking a gallon of water a day is key. You can not get around doing that if you want your diet to work for you.
I feel confident that when I get off the Roca Labs formula, I can keep doing this.
