What works for me...
-50ml Santa Cruz ORGANIC Pure Lime Juice OR lemon Juice
1 serv. (1 tsp/5ml) has 5mg Potassium. ZERO everything else
-300ml VERY COLD filtered water
-1 scoop Anti Crave
-1 scoop Formula
-1-2 drops Stevia (liguid form)
2. WATCH drinkable calories! Look for SUGARLESS, ORGANIC AND ZERO CALORIE brands
3. Drink a lot of water. I like to drink mine w/Santa Cruz ORGANIC Pure Lime Juice OR lemon Juice
4. Time your meals:
Pre set your alarm on your cell phone so that you time your meals for every 3 or 4 hours apart. Mine are 4 hours apart. (5AM breakfast, 9AM snack, 1PM lunch, 5PM dinner, and 9PM supper/snack. This is also a good time to take another dose of Anti Crave formula. Avoid sugar and bad carbs after lunch)
4. GET PLENTY OF SLEEP. Actual sleep, not just rest.
