Notes: The Whole Foods Market in my area sells several great spice rubs that I could not find on their main web site but will photograph and share the ingredients at a later date.
I thought about adding sliced cherry tomatoes and using shallots instead of white onion but I had some left over onions already sliced from this morning.
3PM Planters Cashews Halves and Pieces (lightly salted in sea salt)
6PM Spice Rubbed Boneless Delmonico Steak (prime rib eye) baked in Low Sodium Beef Broth, yellow, green and red bell pepper, garlic, onion and red pepper flakes served with mashed potatoes.
