Day 18: 24 Days to Go!

"Free Day"... No dieting, no fasting, no major editing or writing projects or assignments. Tomorrow I will prepare everything for the 7 Day Soup Diet and test out a few "Fat Burner Drink" recipes. Here is a recipe I found today:

Fat Burner Drink:

Mix together in a blender:
small pieces of ½ Papaya (peeled and seeds removed),
juice of 1 lemon, and 1 orange,
1 cup cold drinking whey and
2 tbsp protein powder –
mix 15 seconds!

Here is the basic 7 Day Schedule:

1. Eat as much Cabbage Soup each day as you want. Drink 3 quarts of water w/lemon, herbal or fruit teas. Coffee or black tea.
2. Breath Work
3. Fasting and Exercise
4. Morning: Protein Shake
5. Afternoon: Fat Burner Drink

Day One:All fruit. No bananas.
Day Two: All vegetables. No corn or peas.
Day Three: Fruits & veggies.
Day Four: Bananas w/ low fat milk
Day Five: Steamed fish (or poultry) w/tomato
Day Six: PoultryVeggies and tomato
Day Seven: Rice & Veggies
